The EBI Group is an Italian manufacturing and marketing organization composed of 3 companies and 2 plants, one wholesale and retail sale point, operating in more than 50 countries all over the world. In a constantly evolving market, more and more demanding as to quality, we offer our experience and professionalism, acquired in more than 40 years of work in the sector of household appliances and water treatment. At EBI we carry out the main machining of our products; therefore, actually, we do not offer a product, but a system where you can find the real specialization and maximum quality.

- automatic processing of every kind of material with traditional single or multi-spindle machines and numerical control machines.
- complete solutions with finishing and rectifying machines.
- thermoplastics moulding up to 600 grams of weight with the most different materials.
- rubber injection and compression moulding.
- sheet metal and steels shearing/blanking and presswork.
- cold room pressure die-casting of aluminium alloys and zinc.
- design and manufacture of moulds/dies for thermoplastic moulding and die-casting

Therefore, from the design with virtual simulation, to high precision moulding of any kind of material, from mould/die manufacture to the step by step control according to our Company Quality System; a process that goes through the selection of the best raw materials, the use of the most advanced technologies up to the assembly department where the product is completely assembled.

Our activities are turned to production and marketing of various products, among which:

- vat supports for top loading washing machines;
- vat crosses and drum hubs for front loading washing machines:
- taps and water connections for washing machines and dishwashers;
- unions and inlet and outlet fittings;
- inlet and outlet pipes for washing machines and dishwashers;
- micromotors and spare parts for washing machine timers;
- physical devices for limestone treatment;
- fuel ionizers;
- washing powder inhibitor.

Our new assembly and logistic department ensures quick delivery time for all the goods detailed in this catalogue; all EBI's products have been studied to be suitable for free service they are provided with everything needed to installation and with clear assembly instructions.

In most cases EBI's products have a single package, with detailing label and bar code in EAN13 format.

The product packaging can be agreed with the Customer according to requirements.

Our technical structure is also available to solve, together with the Customer, all the problems connected with spare parts and water treatment.
